Muay Thai & Boxing

Years of training in muay thai and boxing, and fights in the ring.

I’ve trained muay thai and boxing for years and fought in the ring. The training came first, the fights followed, and both taught me more than most classrooms could.

What I’ve done

Placeholder: describe your training history. When you started, your gyms, the fights you took and how they went, what you’re working on now.

Why I keep doing it

Placeholder: the honest version. It’s the most direct feedback loop there is: show up, do the work, get hit, adjust, repeat.
